As we know that Idly is a common breakfast snack in south Indian states especially in Tamil Nadu which made by steaming a batter consisting of fermented black lentils (de-husked) and rice. But today we will try to add Chinese taste to this Idly and prepare a new delicious snack which is known as Idly Manchuria. It will be the blend of salt and chilly in taste. Serving this disk with coconut chutney will complete it. This dish can be cooked using leftover idlis. The good thing about this dish is that, it is easy to prepare.
