Ingredients: (For Two People)
- Ravai (sooji) - 100 grams
- Green Gram (Pasi paruppu) - 50 grams
- Jeera - 1 table spoon
- Pepper - 1 table spoon
- Ginger - Small piece
- Cashew - 6 nos
- Curry leave - As per your taste
- Ghee - 5 table spoon
- Salt - 1 table spoon
Procedure:
- Boil Green gram for 10 - 15 mins
- Fry sooji for 4 to 5 mins
- Mix fried sooji, boiled green gram, salt with 1/2 litter water and boil the mix for 10 mins
- Steer this mix until there will be no lumps
- Fry pepper, ginger, jeera, cashew, curry leaves with ghee
- Add this fry with the already boiled sooji mix and serve Happily
