It is a modern south indian dish. The taste nearly equal to normal idly but ‘Stuffed Rava Idly’ will have the suji and curd tastes with that. It is better to serve with any chutney.

Ingredients: (For Two People)
- Suji (Ravai) - 200 grams
- Carrot (Grated) - 1 no
- Big Onion (Finely chopped) - 1 no
- Coconut (Grated) - 3 table spoon
- Green Chilly (Finely chopped) - 5 nos
- Curd - 6 table spoon
- Salt - As per your taste
- Water - As per your need
- Mustard seeds, Urad dal, Bengal gram, Cashew, Gingelly oil (For tempering) - As per your taste
Procedure:
- Fry the following ingredients with gingelly oil. Mustard seeds, Urad dal, Bengal gram, Cashew
- Add onion, carrot, green chilly and salt with that. Fry that mixer for 5 mins
- Fry suji for 5 mins, Add the fried mixer, curd, water and salt with that (In the form idly batter)
- Keep it aside for 45 mins
- Using Idly maker boil idlies for 10 mins
- After that take those idlies from the maker and serve Happily
